How it works
What exactly does StokkedPro do?
StokkedPro connects your POS, recipes, inventory and purchasing into one workflow. Sales import automatically, recipes deplete the correct ingredients, stock levels update, and purchasing suggestions are generated from real usage rather than guesswork.
Does StokkedPro replace my POS?
No. Your POS stays exactly where it is. StokkedPro integrates with it two ways — pulling sales in and pushing product, price and recipe updates back — so your sales workflow is unchanged.

How does recipe-driven inventory work?
Every sellable item is linked to a recipe or product specification, including sub-recipes, preps and yields. When an item sells, StokkedPro depletes the underlying ingredients so theoretical usage can be compared with your actual counts.
Can it handle modifiers, bundles and combo deals?
Yes. Modifiers, upsizes, bundles and meal deals can each carry their own ingredient impact, so depletion stays accurate even on complex menus.
Implementation and onboarding
How long does implementation take?
A single site typically goes live within two to four weeks. The journey is Connect, Configure, Onboard, Go Live — connect your POS and data flow, set up products, recipes, suppliers and rules, prepare your teams, then start operating in StokkedPro. Larger groups are phased site by site.
Do we have to build every recipe ourselves?
Not necessarily. Many teams build their own with our templates and import tools. If you would rather not, our recipe build service takes your existing specs and builds and costs them for you.
Can we import our existing supplier and product data?
Yes. Product lists, supplier catalogues, pack sizes and price files can be imported during configuration, so you are not starting from a blank screen.
What training do teams get?
Onboarding includes role-based walkthroughs for kitchen, bar, store and back-office users, plus written guides. Additional live training sessions can be booked remotely or on site.
Counting, waste and variance
How often does the data update?
Sales import automatically every day and most integrations also support intra-day syncs. Counts, waste and deliveries update the moment your team records them.
Can we count stock on a phone?
Yes. Counts are designed for mobile use in the walk-in, cellar or stockroom, with count sheets grouped by storage area and sign-off per counter.
How do you handle waste and transfers between sites?
Waste is logged with a reason code and valued automatically. Inter-site transfers move stock out of one location and into another in a single step, so both sites stay accurate.
What does variance reporting actually show?
It compares theoretical usage — what your sales should have consumed — with what you counted, by item, category and site, so you can see where the gap is and how much it is worth.
Scale and partners
How do we find out what StokkedPro would cost us?
We quote each operation individually, because it depends on how many sites you run, which POS you use and how much setup support you want. Book a demo and we will send a written quote afterwards.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Standard subscriptions run on a rolling twelve-month agreement. Enterprise and partner arrangements are agreed case by case.
Can we run several brands in one account?
Yes. Multi-brand groups can keep a central recipe and product library while giving each brand and site its own permissions, suppliers and reporting.
Do you work with platforms and resellers?
We do. POS vendors, consultancies and hospitality platforms can offer StokkedPro to their clients with API access and partner commercial models.
Where is our data stored and who can see it?
Data is held in secure cloud infrastructure with role-based access control, so team members only see the sites and functions relevant to their role.
